Outside of its Burgundian references, this Tamjanika may be Lastar's most sought-after wine, and it's not hard to see why: it's a very impressive, dry and delicious version of this ever-more-popular grape varietal. Lastar's Tamjanika is recognizable by its freshness and rich flavour. Accurate and precise winemaking have put the varietal character in the foreground - without falling into a sweetness trap - so that the floral and fruity flavours come to the fore as well as its dry, crisp and refreshing taste.

Lastar wines offer the power and richness of central Serbia’s Levač wine region in every glass. Located above the village of Sekurič, in sight of Juhor mountain and near the famous Imperial Road that linked Belgrade to Istanbul, the vineyards offer multiple sedentary layers dominated by clay. The family-owned winery comprises 26 hectares of vineyards on sunny, sloping hills. The crowning jewel is a single vineyard of Pinot Noir vines planted in 1976.
